For these, I started with Black tees from Port & Company, tied them up and discharged part of them in various ways, then dyed them with a Rainbow Spiral, each one is Unique so pick out your favorite while they are available. ✌️ here is tee #7 in the series, it is a 3X.

3X Midnight Rainbow Spiral Tee ... I Love to put Black with the Rainbow, I think it makes the colors Brighter, even if it darkens them some... so I have been experimenting with the Midnight Rainbow Spiral for many years in several different ways. (Oh and when I say 'Midnight' ... that means I am using a lot of Black within the Tie-Dye 😉)

Hello, my name is Carl, aka MrTieDye. I am a Dye Artist and I love the medium of tie-dye.  I push the boundaries of tie-dye to places few people have seen.  I am constantly asked "how did you do THAT with tie-dye?"
I started twisting tees and splashing dye in August 2000 and quickly realized the unlimited potential of the tie-dye medium. I have experimented with many techniques of tie-dye as I explored its history. Now, along with my peers, I am boldly contributing to the future of this dynamic new face now emerging in the World of Art ~ Tie-Dye!

I love to play with new folds and designs, this is what I call a Wild Time Warp design.

'Wild' means many colors applied randomly

'Time Warp' means I rolled the tee up in some fashion, then tied & dyed it. 

I use Procion dyes which are professional strength commercial dyes, the colors stay bright for years.  I work with Gildan Ultra tees,  they are 6.1 oz, 100% pre-shrunk cotton.
