Hello, my name is Carl, aka MrTieDye.  I am an Artist and I love the medium of tie-dye. I push the boundaries of tie-dye to place few people have seen. I am constantly asked "how did you do THAT with tie-dye?"  My favorite thing is to help others have fun and success with this art!! ✌🏻💚🙏

I started twisting tees and splashing dye in August 2000 and quickly realized the unlimited potential of the tie-dye medium.  I have experimented with many techniques of tie-dye as I explored its history.  Now, along with my peers, I am boldly contributing to the future of this dynamic new face finally emerging in the World of Art ~ Tie-Dye!!

These Neck Gaiters are 66% Bamboo ~ 29% Organic Cotton ~ 5% Spandex. The blanks were produced by Royal Apparel and then they were tied and dyed in a secret underground lab by MrTieDye. 

What I have listed in my store is all that I have, so no custom orders on these.  Half of them started out white and I tied and dyed them, the other half were black, I tied them up, removed some color and then I prepped and dyed them to put some color back in.

These are One Size,  and measure 16 inches long and 10 inches wide, the spandex makes them a bit stretchy.   

Here is another tie-dye tapestry right out of my Dreams .... it is on cotton fabric, it measures  57 in x 54 in.  Cover a wall or hang it on the ceiling and you are ready to meditate.

Tie-Dyed Fuchsia & Orange Candy Cane Spiral Knee Socks.  The Fuchsia & Orange Lines Spiral around your legs like a Candy Cane. 

HUE Flat Knit Knee Socks feature a soft breathable cotton and nylon blend. The top ribbed comfort band provides a stay-up fit and makes these knee length socks ideal for everyday wear.  40% cotton 33% rayon 25% nylon 2% spandex  

• Machine wash cold, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed.

I use Procion dyes which are professional strength commercial dyes, the colors stay bright for years.  I work with Gildan Ultra tees,  they are 6.1 oz, 100% pre-shrunk cotton.

Great dyes, quality tees, and attention to detail, combined with my ability to embrace the random nature of liquid color, equals an awesome new shirt for you to wear and show off.  Each tee is handmade, so every tee shirt is unique.... I may be able to do one similar, but never exact.

For these, I started with a Gildan Ultra Women's Black tee, I tied it up and discharged it, then dyed with a Rainbow Spiral, each one is Unique so pick out your favorite while they are available. ✌️ here is tee #2 in the series, it is a Women's XL.
